General booking conditions for your holiday in the Ötz Valley

Arrival - Departure:

The rooms are ready to be occupied from, at the earliest, 2.20pm on your day of arrival.  On your day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 11am.  In the case of delayed arrival or premature departure, the final charge will be calculated in accordance to the Austrian Hotel Regulations.

 

Payment:

When settling your bill, we accept cash in every currency, check for deposit only, EC card, Euro-/Mastercard and Visa. !

No reimbursement can be given for meals not taken!

 

Having dogs stay:

Per day without feed: €15,00. They are not allowed to be taken into the restaurant.

 

Cancellation Conditions:

The terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply here.

That means:
You can cancel up to 3 months before arrival for no charge. For cancellations made from 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price.  With cancellations made within the last week before arrival, 90% of the travel price will be billed.

Curtailment insurance:
