Arrival - departure

On your day of arrival your room is ready for you from 03.00 pm at the earliest. On your day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 am. In case of late arrival or early departure we charge the respective price according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations.

Payment

We accept the following methods of payment: cash in Euro, EC card, Euro-/Mastercard and Visa.

Not consumed meals cannot be refunded!

Cancellation conditions

The Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. You can cancel without penalty a cancellation fee up to three months before the agreed arrival date. In case of cancellation until 1 month before arrival you have to pay 40 % of the total price and until 1 week before arrival 70 % of the total price. If you cancel within one week before arrival or if you arrive later you have to pay
90 % of the total sum. In case of early departure you have to pay the total sum of your booked holidays.

Reception: 7.30 am to 10.30 pm
Breakfast buffet: 8.00 am to 10.30 am*
Ski snack: 03.00 pm to 05.00 pm*
Sun terrace à-la-carte restaurant: 12.00 noon to 05.00 pm
Dinner: 07.00 pm to 08.30 pm*
(Children can already enjoy delicious dishes from the children's menu from 06.00 pm.)
Lounge bar: 12.00 noon to 01.00 am*

Wellness area & indoor swimming pool: 7.00 am to 07.30 pm
Sauna & steam bath: 03.00 pm to 07.30 pm
Massages: 10.00 am to 07.00 pm

 Dress code:

*Gourmets eat here: We are happy that you enjoy doing sports. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to wear appropriate clothes in the restaurant. Dresscode: smart-casual.

For hygienic reasons we ask you to wear the free slippers/wellness shoes only in the wellness area.

Dogs

The extra charge for dogs ammounts to € 20,- per day (without food). Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and in the wellness area of our ski hotel in Obergurgl.

Ski pass sale

We are happy to print the ski passes purchased online directly at the reception for you. The ski passes are only issued by means of KEYCARD, on which a deposit of € 3,- is payable. Of course you will not be charged a deposit when returning the undamaged KEYCARD. Ski passes purchased on site can be added to the room bill. The current list prices apply.
