Important information for your stay

From now on all G-rules are REMOVED in hotels, restaurants, ski resorts and trading. Proof is no longer required. The FFP2 mask obligation applies indoor and in public transport (also in the ski resorts).

A 3-G certificate is sufficient for entry into Austria.

Cancellation conditions


To enable you to plan your holiday without worries, we guarantee you a free cancellation should one of these reasons exist:

  • Travel warning for Tyrol/Ötztal
  • In the event of a border closure
  • Lockdown in your home town/region
  • Lockdown in Tyrol/Ötztal/Obergurgl
  • If your entry into Austria or return to your home country is associated with an obligatory quarantine.

Otherwise the following cancellation conditions remain valid:

  • Until 3 month before arrival: free cancellation
  • Until 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the agreed price
  • From 1 month before arrival until 1 week: 70 % of the agreed price
  • From 1 week before arrival and in case of delayed arrival: 90 % of the agreed price
  • In Case of arly departure: 100 % of the agreed price


Travel cancellation insurance


Not only according to the current situation, but in principle we ALWAYS recommend that you take out travel insurance.

The Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance not only offers you protection against costs in the event of cancellation or early departure, but also insures, among other things, the costs of helicopter accommodation, so that you can enjoy your holiday in the mountains in the best possible protection.

  • Illness of COVID-19
  • If a close relative or a person living in the same household becomes ill with COVID-19 and your presence is urgently required at home¬†
  • Fever and suspected corona, even if the test result is negative later

  • A close relative in your household has fallen ill and you must be quarantined
